EMPLOYEE REFERRAL INCENTIVE PLAN POLICY

PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to increase our applicant pool for Faculty Positions only.

POLICY STATEMENT

It is the policy of M/s Venper Academy to offer an incentive for current employees to refer successful candidates for open Faculty Positions by providing Referral Incentives.

SCOPE

Compliance with this policy is the responsibility of all faculty, trainees/ students, and other members of M/s Venper Academy workforce.

TARGET AUDIENCE

The target audience for this policy includes, but is not limited to, all faculty, trainees/students, and other members of M/s Venper Academy workforce.

DEFINITIONS

Faculty Position

Position for which there is a critical staffing need or a small number of qualified applicants. Faculty Positions typically require specialized knowledge, training, certification, and/or licensure. Pivotal Positions are determined by HR Talent Recruitment based on the criticality of the need for the position at the time of recruitment.

Referral Incentive

A payment made to a current M/s Venper Academy Faculty, Administrative, or Classified employee who refers a candidate for a Classified Faculty Position and the candidate is subsequently hired.

PROCEDURE

1.0 Eligibility

  • All Faculty, Administrative, or Classified employees are eligible to receive a Referral Incentive. Employees of the Human Resources Division or those who influence the hiring process are not eligible.
  • The candidate must designate the name of the referring M/s Venper Academy employee at the time of application or the initial Human Resources interview.
  • The new employee must successfully complete at least 180 days of continuous employment.
  • The referring employee must be an active employee ( Full time or Part time ) at the time of the referral and must be employed at the time employee incentive is distributed.

2.0 Verification

Recruitment is responsible for verifying all eligibility requirements.

3.0 Incentive Payment

  • Recruitment is responsible for arranging for payment of the Referral Incentive to an eligible referring employee.
  • Payment for the Referral Incentive is made approximately 30 days after the first 180 consecutive days of full-time employment are completed, contingent on eligibility requirements being met.
  • Incentive Payment is considered as 8 % of the monthly salary

Salary Bandwidth is Rs 20,000/- to Rs 1,25,000/- pm based on profiles Profiles who are willing to travel 25 km radius is preferred .
